All Raintree apartments are professionally serviced before a new resident moves in.
Submit service requests through the resident portal or the leasing office. We also have a 24 hours on call technician for emergency repairs.
They are completed by a property service technician and if needed a vendor.
No, as long as you grant permission to enter or proper notice has been served to the resident.
If it occurs during regular business hours, we can lend you a copy of the apartment key. If it happens after hours, you will need to contact a locksmith.
Yes, however any damages are the tenants responsibility. No modifications are allowed unless approved by management in writing.
